Frequently Asked Questions

Does EdenWells accept returns?  

You can set up a return for most new and unused products within 30 days of delivery. 

Why is my tracking not showing updates?  

Several delivery carriers are experiencing delays due to high demand. Most of our shipments are delivering on time, but some may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please check your tracking frequently for updates.

Can I make changes to my order or shipping address after it is submitted? 

We cannot edit an order or shipping address after the order is submitted. You may cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing it and replace it with the correct information. If your item has shipped and you need an address correction, we recommend reaching out to the carrier to update your address or make delivery arrangements directly through the carrier.

What if I need more information about a product?  

Our product information is provided by our suppliers and is complete to the best of our knowledge. To the extent you need any additional information, please submit a request form indicating (i) the name of the product (ii) a link to the product on the website and (iii) any specific questions that you have. Our team will do the best to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. 

How long do I have to cancel an order?  

You have 30 minutes from order submission to cancel an order in your MyAccount page by clicking the Cancel Order button. After that time, we cannot cancel the order.

How long will it take for my order to ship?  

It may take additional time for your item to leave a suppliers warehouse. We working diligently to ship all orders and will update you with tracking information via email once a product has been shipped.
